With its classic coupe side aspect, reflected by no B-pillars and fully retractable side windows – the new two-door car is a particularly sporty interpretation of the E-Class' dynamic design. The hallmark of Mercedes Coupe design is its sports radiator grille with the large central star. The arrow shape of the entire front section coupled with its lean build give the car a sportier and more dynamic presence.

The E-Class Coupe takes on a pioneering role in the drive and performance category. The new petrol engine combines efficiency and effortless power delivery with its 3.5 litre engine V6 engine offering 272hp at 6000rpm. With a drag coefficient of just 0.24, this is the world's most aerodynamically efficient series-production car.

Mercedes-Benz India today launched the most premium SUV in Indian market- the New GL 350 CDI BlueEfficiency. Demonstrating excellent off-road capabilities and environmental compatibility, this seven-seater premium SUV offers excellent handling both on and off-road and pampers occupants with its extremely spacious accommodation and a host of luxury fitments.

Intelligent solutions to deliver optimim Performance & promote excellent safety:

With PRE-SAFE preventive occupant protection system, a world first in this market segment, Mercedes-Benz GL-Class has raised safety to an even higher level. PRE-SAFE utilises the sensors in the dynamic handling control systems and optimises the protective function of the passive safety components in potential accident situations. Also, crash-responsive head restraints for driver and front passenger support the head sooner in a rear-end impact, thus reducing the risk of injury.

Comfort, Safety & Dynamism on and off-road

4MATIC – the permanent four-wheel drive from Mercedes-Benz – provides the GL-Class with superior handling whatever the conditions. Together with the standard-fit AIRMATIC air suspension, the precise speed-sensitive power steering and the ADS Adaptive Damper System also fitted as standard, the imposing GL-Class (wheelbase 3075 mm) handles impressively. Special off-road features such as Downhill Speed Regulation (DSR), hill-start assist and off-road ABS assist the GL-Class driver off road. The Off-Road Pro engineering package, standard on all ECE models, means the GL-Class can also handle the most extreme off-road terrain.

The modified AIRMATIC air suspension, designed specifically for demanding conditions, increases the ground clearance to a maximum of 307 millimetres where required, and raises the fording depth to 600 millimetres. A fixed panoramic sunroof over the third-row seats, which is equipped with a sunblind, also provides additional comfort and enhances the sense of spaciousness.

The GL-Class sets milestones with features like electrically folding 3rd seating row with special AC vents, COMAND APS with integrated 6–disc DVD changer and reversing camera and also comes with Rear seat entertainment system and infrared headphones from Mercedes-Benz accessories.

All occupants enjoy generous headroom and legroom, even in the third row, and easy access is assured thanks to the high roof edge and large door opening angle of up to 64°. The two individual third-row seats offer plenty of room in all directions. They can also be folded at the press of a button to create a flat loading surface. Also, the muscular styling of SUV ensures plenty of power and torque. The GL 350 CDI accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.5 seconds, reaches a top speed of 210 km/h and consumes a mere 9.7l per 100 km.
